Liquor Licenses
Liquor License applications may be obtained through the City Clerk's office and will undergo a thorough review process before being presented to the Casper City Council for approval. Please write, call, or come to the Clerk's office on the first floor of City Hall to receive the proper paperwork necessary for each type of Liquor License Application, or download the forms using the links on this page.

1) Location is in a) a Redevelopment area, b) an Officially designated urban renewal area, or c) an area identified as being underserved by food and beverage services. 2) The Council will also consider whether business will contribute to economic development goals of the City. 3) Whether applicant will be investing in new structure or substantially updating existing building. 4) Number of new jobs created. Must have a bar with at least 6 spirits and 8 seats and a dedicated bartender. |
