Our elected City Councilors adopt ordinances designed to make Casper safe and successful. It’s our responsibility at Casper Municipal Court to administer misdemeanor crimes under City Code and State Statutes incorporated into ordinances. Cases from the Casper Police Department, code enforcement, Metro Animal Control and the Casper City Attorney are brought before us, and through transparent proceedings, Casper Municipal Court upholds our local laws for an equitable, secure community.
